Class point Technology is urgently looking for capable individual to handle HR and Account Functions efficiently.(Karachi Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR function
• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Advertise job vacancies, assess application and schedule applicant interview.
• Working with recruitment agencies and universities to source for candidates for specific job positions.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the Higher management.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Prepare vouchers.
• Make journal entries in the Accounting application.
• Put together Cheque, bank transfer, pay orders and many others all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Bank & Ledger reconciliations.
• Manage petty cash, monthly management reporting & payroll related payables and other accrued expenses.
• Well timed repayments of utility costs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.• •Update employee records, both physical and electronic on HRMS, on a timely basis.
• Promote workplace safety.
• Responsible to timely processing of all activities related to payroll, employees benefit administration including confirmation of employment, contract extensions, leaves, statutory benefits, retirement and resignations.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification Bachelors of Commerce.
• At least 1 year of experience
• Should possess excellent verbal and oral skills in English and good proficiency of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Knowledge and Proficiency of HR, Finance/Accounting Principles.
